The Crazy Ones Behind the Coffee
Los Locos means "The Crazy Ones", and we wear that name proudly.
Coffee has always had a strange way of finding people who think differently. From philosophers and artists to late-night dreamers and early-morning builders, coffee has fueled ideas that didn’t quite fit the norm. Los Locos was born from that same spirit, but built with a grounded belief: that honest sourcing, thoughtful processing, and transparency can make coffee more meaningful.
We are a small team driven by a long-standing curiosity about coffee as a gift of nature, a fruit that carries the imprint of the land it grows on and the people who nurture it.
What We Do
At Los Locos, we source and roast coffees that highlight character over conformity. We work closely with farmers and origin partners across India, focusing on coffees that tell a clear story of place, process, and people.

Process Matters
We believe a large part of coffee’s flavor is created after harvest.
From classic washed coffees to Honey, Natural, and experimental Funk™ fermentations, we explore how different post-harvest methods influence sweetness, acidity, body, and aroma. Rather than forcing uniformity, we allow each process to express itself, because variation is what makes coffee interesting.
Working With Farmers
At the heart of Los Locos is a commitment to farmer upliftment.
We collaborate directly with growers and origin partners, aiming to create value beyond just buying coffee. By focusing on better processing, fairer pricing, and long-term relationships, we hope to make coffee a more sustainable and rewarding crop for the people growing it.
As we grow, our goal is to continue working with lesser-known regions and communities, helping them gain recognition through quality and transparency.
Each coffee is roasted with restraint, allowing the process and origin to take the lead.
