We pour a lot of care into every roast, and we want you to love your Los Locos coffee as much as we do.
Returns & Replacements
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please write to us at contact@loslocos.in within 48 hours of receiving it.
We’ll review your concern and, if valid, arrange a replacement or a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Since coffee is a perishable product, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for reasons like taste preference or delayed delivery beyond our control.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation won’t be possible.
Refund Timeline
If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
